Who provides Mealkly

Your account

You must be at least 13 to use Mealkly. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password safe.

Health and nutrition

Calories, macros, expenditure and targets in Mealkly are estimates. They come from food databases, creators' own entries and AI, and can be wrong. Mealkly is not medical advice and isn't a substitute for a doctor or dietitian. Talk to a professional before changing your diet if you're pregnant, have a medical condition or a history of eating disorders. Under-18s get maintenance targets only.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give Mealkly a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, show and share it inside the app so we can run the service.

By posting, you confirm you own or have permission to use everything in it, including audio. Mealkly provides no music; content with unlicensed music may be removed.

Acceptable use

Follow our Community Guidelines. We don't tolerate objectionable content or abusive users and may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.

Free and paid features

Mealkly is free to use. We may offer an optional paid upgrade. Before you buy, we'll show the price, how often it renews and how to cancel. Subscriptions bought in the App Store are billed and refunded by Apple. See our Refund Policy.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Availability

We work hard to keep Mealkly running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you can also bring claims in your local courts.
